Trigger Point Therapy
A procedure used to treat painful areas of muscle that contain trigger points, or knots that form when muscles do not relax. Trigger points may irritate the nerves around them and cause referred pain, or pain that is felt in another part of the body.
Swedish Massage
Swedish massage is gentler than deep tissue massage and better suited for people interested in relaxation and tension relief.
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage works to lengthen and relax deep tissue. This type of massage may help manage chronic pain.
Cupping
Suction cups are used to treat fascial restrictions. This technique clears up stagnant blood and eventually detoxifies the body. May create purple marks that will go away in a week or two. Cupping is also used for lymphatic drainage.
Hot Stone Massage
Heated stones are used to treat muscle soreness, providing
an extra soothing effect for relaxation. Techniques used are similar to Swedish massage.
Pregnancy Massage
A safe procedure for pregnant women from the first to third trimester with no pre existing health issues. This massage technique decreases stress levels and improves blood circulation.
